County has locations around the North West.
On Saturday 14th October 2017 the new Mersey Gateway Bridge opened.
This is a toll road, however there are no toll booths on the bridge itself. Payments must instead be made by visiting the merseyflow website. Anyone who crosses the bridge and fails to pay the toll by 11:59pm the day after will receive a penalty charge notice.
The toll bridge links Widnes and Runcorn, as well as being part of the new road network linking the M56 and M62.
Residents of Halton can register their vehicle for a £10 annual admin fee and then make unlimited trips across the river. Blue Badge Holders will also be exempt upon payment of an annual £5 admin fee.
