Last week we announced increased grace period flexibility for account customers hiring vehicles under their own policies of insurance. Nevertheless as a responsible business we are adopting additional measures to help protect you. These include simple gestures such as avoiding handshaking, to more technical measures. For example, within our rental vehicles the door handles, steering wheels, gear sticks and hand brakes will receive extended cleaning measures as part of our vehicle preparation procedure.
