You will have a proven record in developing sales volumes, and in the planning of business development, marketing and sales campaigns.

A confident and experienced sales negotiator, you will have experience in attracting and developing new accounts, in the preparation of SLA’s, in the delivery of excellent service, and the management and retention of accounts on an ongoing basis.

With managerial responsibility for three branches, you will be experienced in managing and motivating staff at all levels, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to achieve “buy-in” from your team to your ideas and leadership. Practical experience of day-to-day management of staff, including appraisals, personnel development and the development of individual sales targets is desirable.
